Russell heads our operations department which includes: Account Management, Billing, HR, Technical Support, Technical Writer, and Internal Systems Support.  An accomplished IT management professional and early adopter entrepreneur, with expertise in implementing the latest technology for operations to automate and customize the online presence of B2B companies. He derives genuine pleasure from identifying business process opportunities, project management, and spearheading rapid improvement while developing high-potential employees. He has worked with numerous companies, from start-ups to fortune 500 companies, improving processes and the implementation of new technology. His various past endeavors have included: pottery and ceramic artist, dog handler and breeder, pygmy goat judge and breeder, and international conference chairman and web workshops.
